Two million award along with a custom-designed trophy from Tiffany & Co

The Japan Center for International Exchange (JCIE) and The Tiffany & Company.

Foundation are content to declare the winners of the 3rd Tiffany Foundation Award

for the Preservation of Japanese Traditional Disciplines and Tradition in

Contemporary Society.The Tiffany & Co. Foundation Award was set up in Dec 2007

within partnership using the Japan Middle for International Exchange (JCIE) and The

Tiffany & Co. Basis. The goal of this award would be to raise consciousness across

the nation about private sector actions that occur in each region by recognizing

businesses which undertake exemplary activities to promote conventional culture and

the revitalization of local communities.From December 2009 to the beginning

associated with February 2010 JCIE requested nominations for that award through

experts as well as institutions active in relevant fields all through Japan.

Additionally, organizations with a strong record of undertaking exemplary activities

in keeping with the actual objectives of this award had been also invited to

directly nominate themselves. Following careful selection, the following

organizations were chosen from 30 applicants for any Taisho award as well as from 54
